視力保健特別行動小組的主委，也是前國際扶輪社長戴甫靈，捐獻第一筆基金，在扶輪基金會的協助下為視力保健成立了捐獻者顧問基金(Donor Advised Funds,簡稱DAF)。該基金將用來資助基金會運作，及推動全球的視力保健計劃。A Group Donor Advised Fund (DAF) for Avoidable Blindness has been established with The Rotary Foundation with an initial contribution from Past RI President Frank J. Devlyn, chairman of the Avoidable Blindness Task Force. The fund will be used to support the Foundation and avoidable blindness projects around the world. 

有意支持視力保健計劃、減少眼盲病例的扶輪社員，都歡迎直接捐款給DAF，但請注意此項捐款無法取得保羅•哈理斯之友的表彰。Rotarians interested in supporting projects aimed at preventing avoidable blindness are encouraged to make direct contributions to the Avoidable Blindness DAF. Please note that a donation to this DAF does not earn Paul Harris Fellow recognition credits. 

若扶輪社有意贊助國際人道計劃，實現扶輪四大服務，歡迎提供捐款，並可要求將該款項應用於其他國家的計劃。視力保健DAF也接受來自非扶輪社員、公司或其他非營利組織的捐款。Rotary clubs looking to support an international humanitarian cause, in fulfillment of the Fourth Avenue of Service, can make a contribution and request that the funds be granted for projects outside of their own country. The Avoidable Blindness DAF also accepts contributions from non-Rotarians, corporations, and other nonprofits.

以支票形式捐款者，請直接匯給The Rotary Foundation Donor Advised Fund，連同填妥的表格，一併郵寄給視力保健特別行動小組的副主委。All contributions made by check should be payable to The Rotary Foundation Donor Advised Fund and sent with the completed form to the Avoidable Blindness Task Force vice chair by mail. 

捐款不可撤消。根據美國法律規定，美國納稅義務人捐贈的款項完全可扣稅。現金捐款請以美元為單位，並以支票交付。DAF也接受股票、共同基金、債券或電匯。請勿將捐贈給DAF的款項寄至國際扶輪辦公室，或扶輪其他財務單位。Contributions are irrevocable and tax deductible to U.S. taxpayers to the fullest extent provided by U.S. law. Cash contributions must be in U.S. dollars and delivered by check. The DAF also accepts gifts of stock, mutual funds, bonds, or wire cash. Do not send contributions for the DAF to an RI international office or other fiscal agents of Rotary.
