As of 1 July, the alumni relations function will move from the Planning and Administration Division to the Educational Programs Division. This will allow alumni relations staff to be more closely tied with the programs that produce the majority of Foundation alumni. In implementing this reorganization, I expect greater efficiencies in the administration of our alumni efforts and greater focus to support the volunteer network.

Please review the attached new Alumni Relations organizational chart. You will see that the three new staff alumni relations coordinator positions will provide specific support to each of the programs that produce Foundation alumni. In addition, each staff coordinator will

n         Support you to help with your work in your zone.

n 領導前受獎人關係努力於三個重要領域：社員、基金發展或者前受獎人的聯繫。

n         Lead alumni relations efforts on 1 of 3 key areas: membership, fund development, or alumni connectivity.

n 負責下面的活動之一：撰寫〝扶輪基金前受獎人協調人新聞快報〞RFAC Bulletin，〝再聯繫〞Reconnections製作過程，或者更新扶輪網站前受獎人目錄。

n         Be responsible for one of the following activities: writing the RFAC Bulletin, the production process for Reconnections, or updating alumni content for the Rotary Web site.
