百週年慶祝活動其中是所謂的百年紀念姊妹社計劃。所有扶輪社都要選擇本國以外的一個「姊妹社」，以促進聯誼、推動聯合服務計劃、友誼交換、配合獎助金、青少年交換、定期連絡，以及其他各種活動，從而建立世界各地扶輪社之間的親善與友好關係。

One of the anniversary observance will be the Centennial Twin Club Project. Rotary clubs will be invited to select a “twin club” in another part of the world to promote fellowship, joint service projects, Friendship Exchanges, Matching Grants, Youth Exchanges, regular communication, and other activities to build goodwill and friendship among Rotary clubs of the world.
