親愛的前任、現任及未來的國際扶輪職員們：

My Dear Past, Present and Future Officers of Rotary International,

那是我的榮幸邀請各位來參加2006 年的雅加達國際扶輪研習會，該會將於2006年12月1日至3日在我們美麗的首都也是我們印尼主要門戶舉行。

It is my honor and pleasure to invite and welcome you all to Jakarta for the 2006 Rotary Institute which will be held from December 1 to 3, 2006 in our beautiful Capital City Territory and main gateway to Indonesia.

你們大部份的人可能還記得1997年於巴荅島歡愉的停留，那時是印尼最近一次主辦的扶輪研習會。明年的研習會，我保證會比上次更好，更興奮及更令人難忘。

Many of you may remember the pleasant and enjoyable stay in Bali in 1997 when Indonesia last hosted the Rotary Institute. Next year’s event promises to be better, more exciting and memorable.

印尼儘管最近遭受的挫折及不幸，但是業已歷經重大及歷史性的改變，己重建且已恢復舊觀。你的來訪我們朝氣蓬勃的城市或我國的其他都市將都是對我們支持的具體表現。你將會對我們的進展感到有所驚訝。

Indonesia has undergone momentous and historic change and despite recent setbacks and misfortune, has rebounded and is now well on the way to full recovery. Your coming visit to our vibrant city and perhaps to other parts of the country as well will be a welcome show of support. You will be amazed at the progress we have made.
