Important information to guide you in your Institute registration
process: |

1.
為了確保讓你更加滿意及順利地完成註冊手續，請儘早報名。 |
1. To ensure maximum satisfaction and a smooth process, please
register as early as possible. |
|
2.
請將註冊表格很正確的及完全的填寫以免有誤。 |
2. Do fill up your registration forms completely and accurately to
avoid confusion and mistakes. |
|
3.
請將填好的表格直接地傳真到研習會籌備委員會以便立即處理或經由貴國的出席推廣主委送交。 |
3. Kindly fax your completed forms directly to the Institute
Organizing Committee for immediate processing or you can submit it via
your country attendance promotion chair. |

4.
請在註冊表格內要填寫你要住宿的旅館以便保留你的房間，這是很重要的一件事。 |
4. To be certain that you are assigned your hotel of choice, it is
important that you reserve your room at the time of registration by
completing the appropriate section of the registration form. |
|
5.
請注意唯有預付一天之住房費用，旅館才能保留住宿房間。
研習會籌備委員會保有權利，對先到先服務之原則。 |
5. Please note that your room reservation can only be confirmed with
your deposit of one night's stay.
The Institute Organizing Committee reserves the right to assign hotels
based on a first-come-first-served basis. |

6.
付款欄之資訊要清楚及完全的填寫，信用卡之資料也要完整以便註冊順利處理。
註冊及旅館之確認要等到我們銀行收到訂金後才完成． |
6. Payment information should be clear and complete. Credit card
information must be submitted in full to facilitate processing of your
registration.
Confirmation of your registration and hotel will not be given until
payments are verified and cleared by our bankers. |

7.
機場及旅館間之交通工具只限參加人員，事先提供正式到達及離境班機細節才能使用。 |
7. Transportation between airport and hotel for official arrival and
departure dates will be provided only for participants who provide
their arrival and departure flight details ahead of time. |
