親愛的扶輪社員伙伴們：

Dear Fellow Rotarians, 

儘管我們總是盼望著我們的地帶研習會，然而讓我邀請你們大家出席12月10~12日所舉辦的2004年曼谷扶輪地帶研習會，好似多餘的。

It seems superfluous for me to extend an invitation for you all to attend the 2004 Bangkok Rotary Zone Institute which will be held on December 10 to 12, 2003. After all, we always look forward to our Zone institute. 

它是我們從世界的其他地方而來扶輪領導人的伙伴們聯誼和相遇的論壇，特別是那些在我們的扶輪地帶群當中。它是一處更新友誼和鍛造另一新友誼舒適的地方。

It is a forum where we meet and have fellowship with our fellow Rotary leaders from the other parts of the world, especially those within our Group of Rotary Zones. It is a pleasant venue for renewal of friendships and forging new ones.

在我們的研習會，我們更新在目前和將來必須重點關心之事。同時，我們也清楚表達出扶輪宗旨進一步的思潮。

At our Institute, we are updated on Rotary concerns that focus on the present time and the future. Also, we are able to articulate our own ideas that would further the object of Rotary. 

我們2004年曼谷扶輪地帶研習會委員會，是由主委Noraseth Pathmanand所領導，並已工作得很努力以確本研習會的成功，這是我們必然的結果，因為正如我們泰國扶輪社員伙伴和他們的配偶過去總是做得那麼好。

Our 2004 Bangkok Zone Institute Committee, led by Chairman Noraseth Pathmanand has been working very hard to ensure the success of the Institute, which we all deserve, just as our fellow Thai Rotarians and their spouses have always done in the past so excellently.

是的，扶輪領導人的伙伴們，此次為你所舉辦的研習會，我們期盼看到你們感到快樂並以它為驕。然而，拼寫出研習會的成功這個字的最重要的因素還是在於你們的參與，你們的想法，你們的笑聲，你們友誼的溫暖。這些都促成這個研習會。沒有它們，本研習會將會完全的失敗。

Yes, my fellow Rotary leaders, this Institute is for you and we hope to see you becoming happy and proud of it. Yet, it goes without saying that the most important element that would spell success of the Institute is your participation, your ideas, your laughter, the warmth of your friendship. These all make the Institute. Without them, the Institute will be a complete failure.  

那麼，就近早排定你們的計畫。並請攜伴參加！不要錯過另一次豐富您的扶輪經驗，同志友愛，歡笑，以及在亞洲威尼斯無與倫比泰國的盛情的機會。

So, make your plans early on. Bring your spouses! Don’t miss another enriching Rotary experience, the camaraderie, the fun, and the incomparable Thai hospitality in the Venice of Asia!

親愛的國際扶輪現任、卸任、未來的職員

Dear Present, Past and Future Officers of Rotary International, 

僅代表本扶輪研習會委員會，以誠摯喜悅之心正式邀請您出席2004年12月10~12日於曼谷所舉行之2004年曼谷扶輪地帶研習會。

On behalf of the Institute Committee, I am pleased to extend an official invitation to you to attend the 2004 Bangkok Rotary Zone Institute, to be held in Bangkok, 10 – 12 December 2004. 

我們業已獲選被授權主辦此次重要的扶輪領導人的活動。我們將傾全力試圖使你們感到舒適並對〝歡笑之地〞的泰國的到訪留下最值得的紀念。

We are most privileged to have been chosen to host this very important event for Rotary leaders. We will try the best we can to make you feel comfortable and have the most memorable visit to Thailand, the “Land of Smiles”.  

除了造訪我們的國家之外，這也是你們一次與其他參訪研習會的扶輪領導人學習、分享思潮、享受歡欣與聯誼的好機會。

Apart from visiting our country, it is also a great opportunity for you to learn, share ideas, enjoy the fun and fellowship with other visiting Rotary leaders at the Institute.
