Area Coordinators contact conveners of Rotary Institutes to ask them to include Literacy and Education on the program.

國際扶輪社長當選人馬奇約伯(Jonathan Majiyagbe)發函通知2003-04年度地區總監指派給他們的地帶協調人及本特別工作小組的目標。

Letter sent to 2003-04 District Governors from President-elect Jonathan informing them of their assigned zone coordinator and the goals of the Task Force.
