尹錦滔前總監 PDG Peter Wan 扶輪領導學院 香港分部主委 RLI Hong Kong  Division Chair 國際扶輪3450地區(香港、澳門及蒙古國) 尹錦滔前總監，香港執業會計師，是香港羅兵咸永道會計師事務所合夥人，是香港會計師公會及特許公認會計師公會資深會員。 1991年10月，尹前總監加入吐露港扶輪社成為社員。於2000-01年出任該社社長並於當年成為保羅哈理斯之友；現為國際扶輪基金巨額基金捐款人。  尹前總監熱心地區工作，曾擔任多項地區職務，包括2001-02年度地區財務委員會委員、2002-03年度地區秘書長、2003-04年度第八分區助理總監等。

尹前總監兩次獲國際扶輪基金邀請擔任志願審計員，為兩個「保健、防饑及人道計劃」獎助金項目進行財務審查。3450地區之「百萬兒童乙型肝炎免疫注射」項目，他也積極參予，現為該項目之監事會及執行委員會之成員。尹前總監於2002-03年度獲選為「3450地區當年最佳扶輪社員」。尹前總監於2005-2006年度出任地區總監，3450地區於該年對扶輪基金捐獻總額為各地區之首；而於該年開始推動之地區「與校同行」項目，現亦成為地區之主要服務項目之一。

於2007年7 月尹前總監獲委任為國際扶輪理事會審核委員會之非理事成員，任期六年。尹前總監現亦為地區扶輪領導學院主委及地區財務委員會之顧問。

尹前總監積極參與本地社區服務。他曾擔任為智障及自閉兒童服務之著名機構「協康會」執行委員會主席6年，現為該會之名譽顧問。現時亦是博愛醫院之名譽顧問。香港會計師公會為表揚尹前總監之貢獻，於2004年特頒予他「傑出會計師大使」獎狀。

他在1953年出生於香港。1978年與何明瑛女士結婚，育有2女、1子及1外孫女。

PETER K. T. WAN Past District Governor, Rotary International District 3450 (Hong Kong, Macao and Mongolia) PDG Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and is a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. PDG Peter has been a Rotarian since October 1991 when he joined Rotary Club of Tolo Harbour. He served as Club President in 2000-01 and became a Paul Harris Fellow in that year. PDG Peter is now a Major Donor. PDG Peter began to serve the district immediately after completing his term as Club President. He was a member of the District Finance Committee in 2001-02, Chief District Secretary in 2002-03 and Assistant Governor for Area 8 in 2003-04.

PDG Peter served The Rotary Foundation as a volunteer auditor for two 3-H Grant Projects in South East Asia in 2001 and 2004.  He is involved in the District’s Hepatitis B Immunization project and is now a member of its Council and the Executive Committee.  He was awarded “Rotarian of the Year” of District 3450 in 2002-03.

PDG Peter served as District Governor in 2005-2006.  In that year, District 3450 ranked number 1 in terms of total contribution to the Rotary Foundation.  It is also in that year that the district started the highly recognized “Adopt A School” project which is now a signature project of the district.

In July 2007, PDG Peter was appointed a Non-director Member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Rotary International for a term of 6 years.  He is also the Chair of the Rotary Leadership Institute of District 3450 and an Advisor to the District Finance Committee.

PDG Peter is active in local community services. He is an Honorary Advisor of Heep Hong Society (serving disabled and autistic children) after serving as its Chairman for six years to December 2004. He is also an Honorary Advisor of Pok Oi Hospital, having served as a member of the Board of Director in 2004-05.  In recognition of his community work, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants named him a winner of the Outstanding Accountant Ambassadors Awards in 2004. 

PDG Peter was born in Hong Kong 1953. He has been married to Rita since 1978 and has two daughters, one son and one granddaughter.
