The Rotary Foundation is viewed as a symbol of hope for those whose lives are marred by poverty, oppression and suffering. Through the generosity of Rotarians around the globe, we are delivering on our promises that each of us has made to help those less fortunate in our world.

John graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management. He earned his college tuition working as a driver for a local moving and storage company. Upon graduation John purchased a year-old moving and storage company in Naples, Florida. Today the company employs more than forty people, operates out of three facilities, and is the largest interstate mover in Southwest Florida.

John is past Board Chairman of the Naples YMCA where he continues to volunteer as a youth basketball coach.

A Rotarian since 1981 John is a member of the Rotary club of Naples, Florida, where he served as club president in 1992-93. John has served twice as delegate to the Council on Legislation and as a member of the Nominating Committee for RI Zones 33/34 Board of Directors. He has also served as General Chairman of the Zone 33/34 Institute.

自1981年成為扶輪社員，約翰是那不勒斯扶輪社員，於1992-93年擔任扶輪社社長。他擔任兩次立法會議代表與國際扶輪第33/34地帶理事提名委員會委員。他也擔任了第33/34地帶研習會的首席主席。

John considers two of the highlights of his Rotary career to be the opportunity to participate in a National Immunization Day in India and his medical mission to Ternopil, Ukraine. John is a regular speaker throughout the US at PETS, District Assemblies, District Conferences and Membership/TRF Seminars.

約翰把參與在印度的全國免疫日以及他到烏克蘭Ternopil醫療任務視為他的扶輪經歷二個最重要部分。約翰是遍及全美的社長當選人訓練會、地區講習會、地區年會與社員/扶輪基金講習會經常的演說者。

 

John is recipient of the Citation for Meritorious Service, the Service Above Self Award and in 1999 was recognized as the District 6960 Rotarian of the Decade.

In his spare time John races cars competitively.

約翰是扶輪基金會有功服務獎、超我服務獎的受獎人，並於1999年榮獲6960地區十年服務扶輪社員獎勵。
