The Rotary Foundation is viewed as a symbol of hope for those whose lives are marred by poverty, oppression and suffering. Through the generosity of Rotarians around the globe, we are delivering on our promises that each of us has made to help those less fortunate in our world.

扶輪基金會可視為是那些處於貧困之缺憾、貧困壓迫和遭受貧困人們希望的一種符號。透過全球扶輪社員們的慷慨，我們表達出我們每個人要幫助世上那些更不幸人們的的承諾。
