An opportunity for Spouses to network with each other, while getting to know each other on a personal basis and sometimes on non-Rotary matters.

This session would be an excellent time to share general knowledge on Rotary, ask and answer questions and express ideas and concerns.

Some spouses will play an active role in planning the district conference. Sharing tips and suggestions are always encouraged.

This roundtable could discuss how the role of the District Governor spouses vary greatly throughout the world, as does his/her level of Rotary knowledge. Use this opportunity to brain-storm what kind of activities and roles spouses may be involved with during their spouse’s year of service.

3. What are the expectations and effective strategies to achieve the goals of PolioPlus project in the near future? How long it should be to reach the Goal of “Polio Free World?”

1. How does TRF’s Future Vision Plan work effectively? What are obstacles & solutions for the implementation of Future Vision Plan?

2. How can we help clubs and districts achieve the goals of Educational and Humanitarian projects through TRF grants?

3. What are the successful stories of the Future Vision projects from Different countries/areas? (Types of projects, community needs, project sites, clubs’ & districts’ participation, amount of funding & project sustainability).

Topic 3: Membership Development: Bigger, Better and Bolder Clubs & Districts

1. What are the problems of membership development in your areas? Identify causes of those problems & suggestions for resolutions.

3. What is the determination between “quality” and “quantity” in membership development? How is the concept of membership classification effectively implemented?

4. How can we effectively and successfully plan for club extension in your District? What do you think about club with under 25 members?: Is Club Merging the best solution?

1. Practical Strategic Plan for 4 Avenues of Service: Bigger, Better & Bolder Clubs and Districts.

3. Bridging Continents through Youth Programs: YE, RYLA, Rotaract & Interact Clubs, New Generations.

Topic 4: Practical Strategic Plan for 4 Avenues of Service: Bigger, Better & Bolder Clubs and Districts

1. How can we use the Effective Club Plan & Club Leadership Plan to implement 5 avenues of services? Problems & Solutions

2. The problems & solutions of small-sized and large-sized clubs in the districts to be effectively functioned in the communities?

3. Sharing successful stories of 5 avenues of service in the areas/countries among panelists and audiences.

Topic 5: Bridging Continents through Youth Programs: YE, RYLA, Rotaract & Interact Clubs, New Generations.

1. How effectively Youth program create goodwill and understanding among nations? YE, RYLA, Rotaract & Interact Clubs etc. Identify good examples of those from different areas/districts.
