Using
the District Inventory and the preceding list of key district
activities, establish preliminary goals for your year as governor.
Select goals that address those items most in need of attention.
Remember that the goal-setting process has just begun and that it is
strengthened when you receive input and commitment from others. Be
prepared to share your preliminary goals with your district leadership
team at your district team training seminar and ensure that your goals
are supported by all. This consensus approach will guarantee a year of
service that has clear, known goals and the means to achieve them. |
