Methods to Motivate Key People in the District

Recognize their contributions publicly.

Convince them of their importance in achieving the objective by thanking them for their efforts.
讓他們知道他們的貢獻會幫助創建一個成功的方案/計劃。
Inform them of how their contribution will help create a successful program/ project.

Keep them informed and involved and ensure they are having fun.
